Extra Special Bitter
Our story begins here with our flagship beer. British Volunteer epitomizes perfect balance. A strong malt backbone blends perfectly with traditional English hops to create a very easy drinking and endlessly satisfying ale. With our pints raised, we proudly name our ESB after the pub in Ashford, Kent, once run by Grandpa Pocock’s family.
Letter of Marque
A Double IPA more robust than any pirate's constitution or brewer's beard. Letter of Marque is loaded with a cash of hops for a delicious citrus and melon booty. We give aaargh DIPA a big malt deck to support the bounty of hops. A hearty beer whether ye be pirate or privateer.
Our tribute to the American Pale Ale, First 13 is an ale as easily enjoyed on a hot day by the pool, as quaffed by our Fore Fathers at the local publican. Along with the malt bill, we add a good dose of local wild flower honey. All of that sweetness is hugged by the citrusy arms of Cascade hops. Always a crowd favorite.
Hopped Up Ol' Red
West Coast Red
We put our spin on traditional red ale and pushed it into the IPA zone. You still taste the toasty, roasted flavors you expect from a red, but only after we hit you with that green citrusy goodness of the Willamette and Centennial hops.
The Old Road
With the robust character of the pioneers who settled the Santa Clarita Valley, The Old Road pushes the limits of a traditional brown ale. Grab yourself a pint and experience smooth toasted malts with hints of dark caramel and a whisper of mellow coffee.
We created our Mango Ale to represent the marriage of cultures for a recent family wedding. Mango, the national fruit of the Philippines, unites with our English Ale recipe in wedded bliss. It was such a hit that we were forced to make more.
The aromas of our Imperial Stout float from your glass like the music from a jazz procession on the streets of New Orleans. This deep, dark beer is packed full of stone fruit, raisin, orange, vanilla and dark chocolate flavors- gifts from the Witch Doctor to awaken your senses. As the song fades, notes of spiced rum haunt your soul keeping you under our spell.
India Pale Ale

Unlike any other blueberry beer you’ve tried, After Midnight is a blueberry ale made with pureed blueberries, not extract. You taste hints of oatmeal, blueberries and even cabernet when you welcome this purple beer to your lips.
Roasted and chocolate malts pair with a generous amount of oats to give our chocolate stout a delicate, silky mouth feel. Then we reinforce the flavors from the grain and add dark chocolate and cacao to complete the dance. Enjoyable any time, especially with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
